We were warmly welcomed by the Pipelife Nederland B.V. team upon our arrival. A detailed guided tour of the plant gave us fascinating insights into the injection moulding production processes. We were particularly impressed by the precision and efficiency with which the modern machines and processes operate on a daily basis – cleaning and maintenance play a key role in ensuring the quality and longevity of the equipment.

The focus of our visit was on the use of CORATEX, our high-performance purging emulsion for injection moulding machines. We were able to demonstrate the effectiveness of the product under real production conditions on site. The results impressively show how CORATEX reliably removes even stubborn residues – and does so with ease and minimal effort.

Pipelife Nederland B.V. is very satisfied with the performance of CORATEX. The emulsion not only cleans entire injection moulding machines thoroughly and efficiently, but also individual components such as screw spindles and moulds.
